Guidelines:

To have a certified coach and speaker on each island of Maldives, is one of the core-objectives of PCOMA. To achieve this objective, we would like to offer the Dewdrop Leadership Certified Coach program to the public in three phases.

As part of the initiative, Phase 1 will be provided FREE for one person from each island of Maldives. Here is the breakdown of the three phases of this project and its associated costs.

Phase 1 (Fee: 10,000)

- Life Coach Practitioner (on completion of 12 weeks of study + assessment) 

- Certified Life Coach (on completion of 60 hours of coaching practicum + reports)

Phase 2  (Fee: MVR 10,000)

- Certified Trainer (12 weeks study + assessment + practicum of 10 sessions)

Phase 3  (Fee: MVR 15,000)

- Certified Speaker ( 12 weeks study + 12 weeks practicum) 

On completion of the three phases, participants will be awarded the Certified Dewdrop Coach, Speaker and Trainer GOLD BADGE and will be welded as Team Member of Dewdrop Visionary Disruptors Circle.

Ideal Candidate:

- Wants to establish their voice and skill set for community empowerment.
- Is eager to volunteer and contribute to the societal issues in the community.
- Wishes to develop a business through coaching/training/professional speaking.
- Have the vision to promote value-based living in the communities.
- Plans to live on the island and grow as a Certified Coach and Speaker.

Qualification: Completed O-level. Must be able to read and understand the English Language. 

Mode of study: Online + Activity-based studies - 2 hours daily are required (Saturday-Thursday).

Course start date: January 2025

Who gets selected: 

- We will officially communicate with Atoll Councils to do the selection for us

- Participants should undergo an interview to express their vision for community development

- Participants must prove why they are the right candidates ready to embark on the journey with us in championing a coaching culture for a peaceful, resilient & visionary society.

By completing the FREE program, participants agree to allocate 80 hours annually for three years to cases/training requested by PCOMA.

- If a participant cannot complete the program/practicum within the allocated time and contribution is not received, he/she should pay back the investment to PCOMA.
